Joining the elite yoga service is a long term commitment you must make with yourself.
When agreeing to the terms & conditions of this contract you, you commit to take on yoga under my supervision.
This is the text of the Terms and Conditions which clients agree to as part of the process of registering for the Elite yoga tuition Service.
Contract can be ended by either party at any time provided 4 week notice is given
Confidentiality/ Privacy
All personal information are collected and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Personal information will not be shared with third parties for marketing or any other purposes without your consent, unless required to do so by law.
Early start/Start/finish/lateness:
Class must start promptly and lasts 60 minutes. Should you be late time will be forfeited and class must be paid in full. Start prior 7am will trigger a charge of 30 pounds to cover the early morning taxi expenses to reach your home.
Cancellation policy:
If cancellation or request to change an appointment is received less than 24 hours prior to the class, the cancellation charge will be 50% of the class fee.
The cancellation charge may be waived under exceptional circumstances
Change of appointment:
All request for change of appointment must be addressed at least 24 hours prior to class and are subject to availability
General communication:
All email/telephone/text message enquiries will be returned within 24 hours.
Pricelist:
One person £75
Up to 3 people £80
Up to 5 people £85
Payment:
All classes must be settled in advance for the entire month on the 1st of each month. Payment methods accepted: cash/cheque/bank transfer
Booking procedure:
To book please pay the non refundable £350 deposit by March 2009.
The remainder must be paid by June 09!

Cancellation:
Full payment will be carried out should the retreat be cancelled.

When booking this retreat it is understood that you take full responsibility for participating in all the activities, and for all travel liability and risk. If you are in doubt of your physical/mental state please consult a doctor and advise us of any conditions before booking. Once on the retreat, please inform all instructors of any special needs or injuries you may have
All guests must come with valid travel insurance and coverage for any eventuality as I am not liable for any loss, thefts, damage to personal property, sickness or injuries incurred on the retreat.
I am not liable for cancellations, delays, natural disasters, threat of war, airport closure, civil strife, industrial action, technical problems, staff cancellations, unforeseen changes in personal circumstances, participants’ medical or psychological conditions which may develop during or subsequent to the retreat or any other events beyond my control.
